ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Vice President of Programs to provide executive leadership across a portfolio of federal contracts delivering professional services, technology solutions, operational support, and mission-critical business services. The role oversees program execution, financial performance, customer relationships, technology modernization, governance, risk and compliance, and organizational development, while partnering with government stakeholders and technical teams. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, a Public Trust, at least 15 years of experience leading large-scale federal programs, and at least 10 years managing complex federal contract portfolios; onsite work may be required by customer and contract requirements.
