Description
The client is hiring a Vice President, Property Management to lead its in-house commercial property management platform and oversee a portfolio of commercial assets. Reporting to the CEO and COO, the executive will establish operational strategy, build scalable processes, develop property management teams, manage budgets and financial performance, oversee lease administration and compliance, and improve reporting and operational workflows. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of commercial property management experience, advanced Yardi experience, and a driver's license; retail commercial real estate experience is preferred. Compensation is $155,000-$165,000 with bonus potential.
