Description
Staci Americas is hiring a Vice President of Transportation & Parcel to lead enterprise transportation and parcel strategy across its multi-client third-party logistics network. The role owns small parcel, LTL, and truckload programs; carrier sourcing and negotiations; transportation spend, budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-serve, and profitability; KPI governance; technology and analytics; compliance; client escalations; and the development of a high-performing transportation organization. It requires 12–15 years of progressive transportation, parcel, logistics, or supply chain experience, substantial 3PL experience, at least 8 years of leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position involves regular travel of approximately 25–40% and may require work in distribution environments.
