Description
The role is a Requirements Engineer focused on non-financial risk applications. It leads the gathering, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and acceptance of business and functional requirements; translates needs into user stories; partners with risk, technology, operations, and control stakeholders; supports Agile delivery; reviews solution designs; and validates solutions through user acceptance testing and post-production activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least six years of experience in 1LOD, 2LOD, or 3LOD, preferably in financial services or a similarly regulated environment, and strong requirements, risk, communication, and problem-solving skills.
