Description
The Vice President, Operations will lead Fluid Management’s manufacturing network across four sites and more than 380 employees, directing Site Leaders and developing operational strategy, manufacturing processes, capacity and workforce planning, quality, safety, continuous improvement, budgets, and long-term site investments. The role requires extensive manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and people leadership experience, preferably in a regulated life sciences environment, and offers a United States base salary of $240,000-$345,000 plus potential bonus, commission, and equity.
