Ascend Vision Partners is seeking a Vice President of Capitated Service Lines to serve as a General Manager with full P&L ownership of its growing capitated ophthalmology business across Florida and Texas. The role leads payer strategy and contract negotiations, drives profitability and provider capacity, aligns finance, revenue-cycle, patient-access, and IT leaders, and partners with clinical leadership to improve patient access and utilization. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least ten years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, at least five years of managed-care or capitation leadership experience, and demonstrated experience with payer contracts, financial performance, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
