Aledade PBC is hiring a Vice President, Payer Engagement to lead post-contract payer partnerships and executive health plan relationships in value-based care. The role builds strategic relationships with health plan executives, leads governance and joint clinical, operational, and data-interoperability strategies, manages Medicare Advantage performance and enrollment, and directs a high-performing team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of progressive healthcare experience, and at least 10 years in a health plan environment. The position is flexible geographically, with remote work within the United States or a Bethesda, Maryland office.
