GRAIL is hiring a Vice President, People Partner to lead the People Business Partner and Employee Relations functions, enterprise talent programs, organizational effectiveness, and HR leadership for its Sunnyvale headquarters. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role partners with senior executives on organizational design, change management, workforce planning, talent risks, performance management, succession planning, and culture transformation. The position requires at least 20 years of progressive HR experience, including 10 years in senior executive HR leadership, and offers a flexible work arrangement with at least 60% on-site work. The expected annual base pay is $236,000–$339,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage included.
