Description
The Vice President, Product Designer, AI Hub will join the Digital Channels team in Pune and lead end-to-end product design for complex, enterprise-scale systems. The role focuses on translating research and outcomes into prototyped experiences, mapping cross-user and cross-system journeys, contributing to a machine-readable design system, communicating design rationale across product, engineering, and business audiences, and mentoring through example. Candidates should have 10–14 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated impact, strong product design fundamentals, experience with complex systems, and a portfolio showing real-time product creation.
