KONGSBERG is seeking a Vice President Program Office to establish and lead a professional program function for its Digital Programs, while also serving as Program Manager for selected strategic programs. The role combines program governance, portfolio prioritization, benefits realization, risk and resource management, and cross-functional coordination with business, IT, architects, and external partners. Candidates need senior digitalization and program-management experience, relevant higher education, strong business acumen, and excellent Norwegian and English communication skills.
