Description
Springfield Clinic is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Cycle to lead and modernize its enterprise revenue cycle and Health Information Management operations. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will oversee billing, collections, denials, cash management, revenue integrity, charge capture, prior authorizations, coding, document management, release of information, coding audits, education, and EHR record integrity. The role is responsible for revenue cycle strategy, compliance, payer contracting and value-based payment readiness, operational transformation, technology modernization, performance metrics, vendor management, budgeting, workforce optimization, and executive leadership across a multi-specialty medical group. A bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services experience, including five years in an executive or vice-president role, are required. The approximate starting base salary is $250,000 with bonus potential.
