BlackRock is hiring a Salesforce Quality Assurance professional to plan and execute testing for declarative and programmatic Salesforce features, including Flows, Triggers, Apex Jobs, integrations, APIs, and managed packages. The role focuses on Salesforce and external-system integration, data synchronization, event-driven architecture, automated testing with Copado Robotic Testing, and collaboration with developers, product owners, and business analysts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of software testing experience, strong Salesforce and integration testing knowledge, and experience with AWS, Python, MySQL, and related technologies. The position is hybrid, with at least four office days per week, and offers salary ranges of USD 155,000–210,000 in San Francisco and USD 140,000–195,000 in Atlanta, plus bonuses and benefits.
