ICG is hiring a Vice President, Settlement Operations in Warsaw on a permanent, full-time basis. The senior role leads settlement operations for liquid traded credit products, primarily loans and bonds, across UK, European, US, and Australian markets. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end trade settlement and loan closings, managing a third-party Middle Office provider, resolving settlement breaks and exceptions, ensuring LMA/LSTA and regulatory compliance, overseeing reconciliations, improving and automating processes, reporting operational metrics and risks, supporting audits, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires a degree, typically 7+ years of settlements or Middle Office experience in asset management, investment banking, or loan agency, knowledge of LMA/LSTA documentation and ClearPar, advanced Excel, and strong stakeholder, analytical, organizational, communication, and risk-control skills.
