NewGlobe is hiring a Vice President, Software Development to own the company’s software engineering function and lead its transformation into an AI-native engineering organisation. The role sets technical strategy, builds and grows engineering teams, pairs with engineers, develops AI-assisted development practices, creates automated testing and design capabilities, manages change, and delivers against programme commitments. The position is based in Lagos, reports to the Chief Technology Officer, and requires a track record of leading software engineering teams, hands-on technical credibility, and experience driving AI-native or agentic engineering adoption.
