The role owns technology strategy, platform modernization, product delivery, digital transformation, engineering excellence, global team leadership, and AI adoption, while partnering with product, security, architecture, operations, and executive stakeholders. Candidates need enterprise-scale platform experience, distributed-systems and cloud-native expertise, large-scale modernization and digital-transformation experience, complex mission-critical platform delivery, engineering-team leadership, technology-portfolio management, executive-influence, and AI-assisted software-development experience.
