Description
The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a full-time, exempt Vice President of State Management Underwriting to lead the Personal Lines State Management organization. Reporting to the President of Personal Lines, the role develops and executes business and financial strategy, pricing and underwriting appetite, product structure, distribution plans, regulatory and legal compliance, and talent development across state markets. The position requires at least 15 years of personal lines insurance experience, knowledge of state markets and competitors, strong collaboration with distribution and SBU leaders, and the ability to build and retain high-performing teams. The role is hybrid, with onsite attendance requirements that may vary by position and business needs.
