Thea Energy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive to lead the global supply chain strategy for commercial fusion power. This role involves defining and executing a long-term supply chain and procurement strategy, building a world-class supply chain organization, leading supplier negotiations, developing process architecture, collaborating with various internal teams, and fostering a positive company culture. The successful candidate will possess over 15 years of executive experience in supply chain, proven scaling expertise, strong strategic acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, agility in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
