Description
D-Wave is hiring a Vice President of Systems Engineering to lead the Systems Engineering organization supporting its Gate Model Quantum Computing program. The role owns systems engineering strategy, architecture, requirements management, verification and validation, technical readiness, integration, governance, and the development of a high-performing engineering organization. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or a related technical discipline, at least 15 years of progressive systems engineering experience, and at least 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations. The base pay range is $247,000–$460,000 USD.
