Description
Apex Clean Energy is hiring a Vice President, Transmission & Grid Strategy to lead transmission planning, interconnection management, grid integration, and transmission analytics across its utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, and emerging data center development portfolio. The role will develop long-term grid strategy, manage multi-gigawatt interconnection activities across major ISO/RTO markets, optimize project economics and siting decisions, lead negotiations with utilities and regulators, and build and manage a high-performing transmission and grid strategy organization. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and extensive experience with major ISO/RTO markets and utility interconnection processes.
