Description
Spring Health is hiring a VP, Privacy Officer to lead and scale the US and global privacy and data protection program for its AI-native mental health platform. The role reports to the General Counsel and partners with Security, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and People teams to build privacy strategy, advise on AI and healthcare privacy, oversee privacy risk assessments, manage incident response, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global regulations. The position is full-time, remote-friendly, with preference for candidates in the NYC area and periodic travel to NYC headquarters.
