Catch22 is hiring a permanent Victim Care Coordinator to support victims of crime across Greater Manchester, manage referrals from Greater Manchester Police, assess needs, provide emotional and practical support, and signpost or advocate with external partners. The role also requires the holder to lead a specialist area such as domestic abuse, sexual violence, FGM, children and young people, gangs and knife crime, modern-day slavery, hate crimes, equality, diversity and inclusion, fraud, or radicalisation. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with 1–2 days per week in Newton Heath and the remainder remote or community-based, and pays £26,097. It requires a UK driving licence, access to a personal vehicle, safeguarding knowledge, communication and IT skills, and successful enhanced DBS, police vetting, and right-to-work checks; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
