The Video Conferencing Engineer designs, deploys, operates, supports, and continuously improves enterprise video conferencing services. The role manages room technology, collaboration platforms, vendor offerings, service operations, incidents, problems, changes, documentation, reporting, town halls, events, security, and lifecycle initiatives. It requires more than three to five years of relevant experience and Microsoft Teams Rooms certification, along with strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, negotiation, and computer skills.
