Pavago is hiring a full-time remote Video Editor for one of its clients to create high-performing video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. The role focuses on storytelling, editing pace, audience retention, and multi-platform optimization across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and paid advertising. Responsibilities include organizing footage, adding motion graphics and captions, audio and color optimization, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and using performance metrics to improve future edits.
