Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Video Editor to create short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, paid advertising, websites, and internal communications. The role involves editing raw footage, applying storytelling and pacing, adding captions and motion graphics, cleaning audio, performing color correction, managing multiple projects, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and using performance metrics to improve content. Candidates need at least two years of professional video editing experience, proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and a portfolio demonstrating professional work.
