ABC7 News is hiring a Video Editor to edit daily news video for broadcast and digital platforms, special projects, and longform pieces; ingest and manage external news feeds; and collaborate with anchors, reporters, and producers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant commercial video-editing experience, strong communication skills, journalistic knowledge, and availability for holidays, nights, and weekends. Avid NewsCutter XP and Adobe Premiere proficiency is strongly preferred. The position pays $26.44 to $31.25 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision plans among other benefits.
