Flash Technology Group is hiring a Video Field Support Specialist in Columbia, Maryland to install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify end-user devices and integrated systems; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; configure software; and provide customer and remote technical support. The role requires a TS/SCI polygraph clearance, U.S. citizenship, IAT Level 1 certification, and either a high school/GED with four years of experience or an associate’s degree with two years of experience. The approximate salary range is $48,000 to $62,700, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
