Independent Software is hiring a Video Field Support Specialist in Columbia, Maryland to provide hands-on support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and end-user devices in secure customer environments. The role involves installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying hardware and software, troubleshooting VTC and endpoint issues, configuring software at customer and field locations, and delivering responsive technical support. Candidates need either a high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with two years of experience, along with a DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification and an active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
