Vista Global Solutions, LLC is hiring a Video Teleconferencing Support Specialist at Joint Base San Antonio to manage and support a fleet of iPhones and iOS devices, including configuration, MDM administration, user troubleshooting, security, inventory, documentation, and enterprise VTC infrastructure. The role also supports user meetings, audio and video setup, VTC device mounting, and ITSM incident and request tracking. Candidates need 1–3 years of mobile-device IT support experience, familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions, and strong iOS and customer-service knowledge; Apple Certified Support Professional and CompTIA A+ certifications are preferred.
