Description
The Video Teleconferencing Technical Facilitator operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and supports secure and non-secure video teleconferencing facilities, networks, and command-and-control systems. The role includes configuring audio and video equipment, performing tests and dry runs, providing customer training, managing inventory and logistics, coordinating with internal and external sites, and resolving network connectivity and interoperability issues. It requires an associate degree, at least two years of specialized telecommunications experience, a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, verifiable equipment-specific training, and availability for after-hour support.
