Description
Faurecia is seeking a VIE Lean Manufacturing Engineer for its Faurecia Interior Systems plant in Blue Springs, Missouri. The role focuses on improving plant performance and profitability through the Faurecia Excellence System (FES), including labor-cost management, annual improvement planning, KPI deployment, standardized work, production reliability, changeover reduction, line balancing, continuous flow, layout optimization, pull systems, safety, environmental compliance, and shop-floor problem-solving. The position is part of Faurecia’s international VIE young graduate program and requires a master’s degree in engineering or business, production experience in an industrial environment, English proficiency, quality knowledge, teamwork, communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
