Duelbits is hiring a full-time, mid-level VIP Account Manager to own and manage an assigned VIP portfolio in its crypto-native entertainment platform. The role focuses on player activity monitoring, incentives and bespoke offers, onboarding, reactivation, retention, portfolio insights, and cross-functional collaboration with CRM, social, and partnerships teams. Candidates need 2–4 years of customer-facing commercial experience, preferably in gaming or iGaming, with strong communication, commercial judgement, and autonomous execution skills.
