Description
Blockchain is hiring a senior VIP Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in its high-touch VIP and Wealth program. The role combines concierge client servicing, consultative discovery, upselling and cross-selling across trading, Earn, lending, OTC and referral products, CRM and pipeline management, and collaboration with sales, product, operations, compliance and growth teams. It is a full-time position based in the London office with mandatory in-office presence four days per week, plus up to 20 remote days per year under the Work from Anywhere Policy.
