The role involves taking accurate orders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining a professional appearance, setting up and breaking down VIP areas, refilling drinks, clearing plates, following alcohol service guidelines, handling guest requests, collaborating with other staff members, processing payments, complying with company standards, and assisting with additional duties as needed.
