Magic is hiring an Account Lead to work remotely from the Philippines and manage 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple international clients. The role combines leadership, coaching, client success, workflow optimization, SOP maintenance, and performance monitoring across multiple collaboration and productivity tools. Candidates need at least two years of virtual assistant or executive assistant experience with international clients, one year of client success or team coordination experience, professional English, and the ability to complete the intensive training program. Compensation is ₱42,000 gross per month, with a performance bonus and benefits including HMO coverage after six months.
