We Clone You is hiring a Virtual Assistant with expertise in operations management to support a client’s end-to-end order fulfillment, logistics, inventory, purchasing, supplier, financial, accounting, forecasting, compliance, and process-automation operations. The role requires proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, QuickBooks, Salesforce, EDI systems, Acumatica ERP, and Shopify, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills. It is a work-from-home position paid at $6–$12 per working hour for a 30-hour week, with performance-based raises and referral bonuses.
