160 Driving Academy is hiring a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer to teach students from pre-trip inspections through CDL testing in outdoor yards and on the road. The role involves hands-on instruction, student progress tracking, incident reporting, yard upkeep, and occasional coverage at other regional yards. It requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 24 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience, manual transmission experience, a clean motor vehicle record, DOT physical and drug and alcohol screening, background check clearance, and strong communication and computer skills. The position offers a $28.00–$30.00 hourly base plus performance bonuses, medical and dental coverage, paid time off, relocation assistance, and a career path toward regional management.
