Nuvant is hiring Virtual Client Onboarding Representatives to serve as the primary contact for new and prospective clients, welcome them through outbound calls, emails, and messages, discover their needs and goals, explain financial solutions, recommend next steps, schedule follow-ups, and maintain CRM records. The role is client-facing and work-from-home, with a high school diploma or college degree preferred, strong communication and listening skills, and prior sales, appointment-setting, or client-facing experience considered advantageous. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses and incentives, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
