Consumer Cellular is hiring a fully remote Virtual Customer Representative to provide customer service and technology troubleshooting for wireless customers. The role involves answering calls, explaining cellular phones and billing, changing SIM cards, downloading apps, adding contacts, and navigating multiple screens and systems. It offers full-time, part-time, and split-shift options, pays $16 per hour with possible evening and weekend differentials, includes paid training, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of customer service experience, basic computer skills, a quiet home office, and an internet connection with at least 20 MBPS upload and 100 MBPS download speeds. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility and pass a background check and drug screen.
