Rockford is seeking a full-time VDC Manager to join their Virtual Design & Construction team. The successful candidate will lead BIM standards development, implement digital technology throughout the design-to-construction process, and provide hands-on training for internal staff on BIM-related software. Key responsibilities include fostering diversity, understanding project workflows, assisting with VDC/BIM leadership, developing BIM scopes of work, coordinating large-scale projects, managing federated models, running clash detection, ensuring deliverable quality, tracking schedule/cost impacts, staying updated on software trends, providing training, defining project goals, and communicating effectively.
