OHDELA is seeking a Virtual Assistant Principal to serve as a cultural, behavioral, and academic leader for its K-12 online school. The role reports to the Principal and partners with teachers, administrators, parents, students, and community organizations to support student achievement, behavior, attendance, engagement, professional development, instructional programs, compliance, and school culture. The position requires an Ohio principal and teacher license, a bachelor’s degree in education or a related discipline, at least seven years of education or related experience, and two years of school administration or instructional leadership experience. The annual starting salary is $60,000–$70,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
