Description
BookNook is seeking USA-based math tutors to provide recurring virtual tutoring sessions for K–8 students during the school year, primarily from September through May. Tutors use provided lesson content in BookNook’s virtual classroom, support student engagement and behavior, deliver targeted math instruction, and maintain encouraging student relationships. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, a pay rate of $20 per hour, and a preference for weekday availability between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Applicants must tutor from an eligible United States state or Washington, DC and provide a computer, webcam, distraction-free workspace, and reliable internet.
