The role oversees team productivity, performance, compliance, training, CRM issues, program documentation, client business reviews, and the team’s transition through launch and post-launch phases. Candidates need a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments, and at least two years in virtual pharmaceutical sales or related customer-facing roles.
