The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a Virtual Senior Field Property Adjuster for a remote, full-time, exempt role open to candidates in Eastern or Central Standard Time. The position independently manages moderate to complex and high-value field property claims, including investigations, catastrophe response, coverage analysis, reserving, payments, subrogation, fraud monitoring, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and mediation or litigation representation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, typically 5–10 years of adjusting experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of insurance law and regulations, and the ability to travel and perform field work as needed.
