Smart Financial Credit Union is hiring a fully on-site Virtual Teller in Conroe, Texas. The role provides member and prospective-member support primarily through Interactive Teller Machines and other media channels, processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions, answers account questions, refers members to specialists, and educates or cross-sells credit union products and services. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, one to three years of similar or related experience (preferably in retail sales and customer service), strong professional communication skills, accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends.
