Amplify is hiring remote part-time Tutors to deliver literacy-based tutoring lessons and prepare lessons using its curriculum for kindergarten through eighth-grade students. Tutors work with school districts on weekday assignments, typically 9–15 hours per week during the school year, with compensation of $18 per hour for tutoring sessions and $15 per hour for lesson preparation and professional development. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, technology comfort, a personal laptop or computer with a webcam and microphone, and availability for scheduled tutoring sessions.
