Ensemble is hiring a Virtual Utilization Review Supervisor to oversee and improve the quality, completeness, and medical necessity of medical record documentation for inpatient and observation admissions. The role coordinates with physicians, nurses, hospital liaisons, financial clearance teams, coding professionals, and payers; manages utilization triggers, denials, appeals, readmissions, and revenue-integrity workflows; and supports patient-care planning and multidisciplinary care coordination. The position requires an unrestricted RN license, at least five years of acute-care nursing experience, two or more years of utilization review experience, and an associate degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred. It is remote, limited to United States residents, and pays $84,000–$126,000 based on experience.
