Description
Skaylink is hiring a Virtualization and Infrastructure Project Manager to design, operate, and optimize Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi environments; plan high-availability and infrastructure changes; analyze capacity and performance; coordinate virtualization and infrastructure projects from architecture through testing and handover; troubleshoot complex hypervisor issues; and create technical documentation and stakeholder presentations. The role is remote within Romania, with a hybrid option for candidates based in Cluj-Napoca. Mandatory requirements include at least five years of hands-on Hyper-V and Windows Server experience, VMware expertise, end-to-end infrastructure or virtualization project delivery, data center architecture knowledge, PowerShell proficiency, communication skills, and fluency in English and German.
