Quona Capital is hiring a Visiting Associate for its EMEA investment team on a three-to-six-month apprenticeship placement. The role supports the full venture investment lifecycle, including AI-native sourcing engine design, market mapping, fintech ecosystem networking, business/financial/technology due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, investment memos, portfolio support, KPI analysis, board preparation, and live exit processes. It is fully remote within EMEA working hours and may be full-time or part-time, with a preference for candidates in London, Cape Town, Cairo, or Nairobi. The posting seeks approximately four to six years of relevant analytical or investing experience, strong fintech/financial services interest, advanced modeling, AI-building experience, and excellent communication skills.
