Description
Quona Capital is seeking a Visiting Associate for a fixed-term three-to-six-month placement on its EMEA investment team. The role covers the full venture-capital deal lifecycle, including AI-native sourcing engine development, market mapping, fintech ecosystem networking, business, financial and technology due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, investment committee materials, portfolio support, KPI analysis, and exit processes. It is a full-time or part-time, fully remote role within EMEA working hours, with a preference for candidates in London, Cape Town, Cairo, or Nairobi. Quona seeks candidates with approximately four to six years of relevant analytical or investing experience, advanced financial modelling, strong written communication, emerging-markets or fintech exposure, and demonstrated ability to build and ship AI-enabled workflows or tools.
