Description
The MCA Chicago is hiring a part-time Visitor Experience Associate to serve as an ambassador to visitors across admissions, box office, coat check, commons, entrances, and other museum sites. The role sells admissions, memberships, and tickets; provides information and wayfinding; handles complaints, cash registers, ticket sales, visitor records, phone screening, lost-and-found, and lobby organization. The position requires strong customer service, communication, organization, Microsoft Office 365, and point-of-sale skills, and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is scheduled for up to 29 hours per week and is not eligible for hybrid work.
